Method and Numerical Options

Several calculations have been run on different computers to check the SYRTHES coupling on different architectures.

Interactive stops (with the ficstp file) have been tested.

Sub-domain extraction has also been tested.

The simulations have been run on all the production servers at EDF (at the time being), i.e. Calibre 5 and CCRT (Platine).

The following graphs show the temperature profiles obtained on different computers, both in the fluid part and the solid part. Results are quite similar.

Other calculations have been run to check the 2d-mesh feature for the solid as well as the 1d-thermal module. Results also are similar to the previous validation (and available on the validation database server). Lastly, interactive stops have been tested.
