It was found that the original routine GRADRC does not converge when the grid volume is greater than 1. (A typical feature of grids used in meteorological simulations.)

To get around this problem the gradient reconstruction has been renormalised using the maximum volume size in the domain. Thus the largest volume within the routine is always unity.

The surface and length scales are modified accordingly along with the gradient variable and boundary condition parameters.

The file modified is gradrc.F N.B. CAUTION needs to be fully tested.

- the files have been written to preserve the memory requirements of the original files from version 1.3.2

- the modifications have been parallelized
